Franklin Wireless, a market leader in broadband data communications is progressing toward combined mobile hardware and SaaS software products. Current products serve over 100,000 subscribers and is looking to develop an E-Commerce market strategy for increased revenue through bundled hardware and software products. Future development efforts will focus on expanding data management services for personal devices, enterprise networks and software designed network solutions.

 

About This Role in our newly created position

 

Franklin Wireless is looking for a self-starter, self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player with a proven track record in E-Commerce and SaaS to lead the way in new product and subscription sales development. This role requires a results-driven professional to develop, direct and manage existing and new subscriptions, focusing on creating business strategies to grow consumer awareness of products and subscription services. This person will be working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product Managers to build subscription base by driving engagement and conversions from non-paid to paid subscribers. This individual will provide data analysis for driving audience targeting, decision making, reporting, creating new systems and developing customer support flow. This person will need to use a wide variety of data sources to inform, develop and identify the paths for growth as the company moves forward.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

          E-Commerce and Digital Subscription Management: plan, execute and channel development for subscription growth in the market for the duration of product lifecycle.

          Develop, implement, and manage E-Commerce customer support flow and system to ensure customer retention.

          Responsible for P&L for E-Commerce and Subscriptions.

          Develop and execute partnership strategies.

          Work closely with Design and UX team.

          Implement paid campaigns through Google Ad Words, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

          Reporting and Analysis; provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to key stakeholders in Leadership; identify additional reporting and analysis needs and work with various systems and cross-functional operations teams to develop the appropriate reporting solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for representatives.

          Business Process Workflow: analyzing, developing, and refining business process workflows across the organization: work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentation.

          Provide Business Operational support and coordination for sales and marketing programs, promotions, pricing, and Go-To-Market initiatives as requested by leadership.

          Work closely with marketing and strategy, in creating targeted customer lists, planning, design and execution of e-marketing campaigns and analysis through target messaging and email communications.

          Work with sales team to develop strategies to maximize business growth, sales, and retention plans.

          Market Research: Be a subject matter expert to increase customer base. Collaborate with product leaders to align, develop a rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis, provide recommendations and ensure strategic planning and growth including long range planning, tracking, and reporting business metrics including financial targets and goals with business insights on results and outcomes.

          Audit data integrity in Salesforce and other systems and assist with pipeline and forecast management cadence.

          Set measurable goals and define KPI’s for new and renewing subscriptions.

          Test and iterate on subscriber acquisition flow and improvement of user experience across all subscription platforms.

 

Preferred Skills

 

          3 years actual hands-on experience in this role

          Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or equivalent.

          Professional experience in digital media product management.

          Experience in wireless, LTE, 5G, cellular, internet, enterprise software application and or SaaS.

          Prior experience in consumer revenue and subscription lead businesses.

          Experience with CMS and API Web Applications.

          A strong grasp of Web Analytics and metrics-driven marketing.

          Outstanding ability to think creatively to identify and resolve problems.

          Excellent communication skills with ability to tell the story of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

          Excellent customer service skills with passion for developing and retaining customers.

          Knowledge and experience of Subscription and SaaS business highly preferred

          Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling presentations

          Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills; meticulous attention to detail

          Proactive, self-starter, autonomous, reliable, capable of self-motivation and working independently.
